IT Application Engineer - Job Description:
Tasks:
- Second level contact for our national and international ERP application key users
- Error analysis and solution remedying within the existing ERP application
- Requirements analysis and structuring the outcome for third level
- Autonomous execution of work packages within projects
- Responsibility for specific modules within our ERP application
Qualifications:
- Completed technical education preferably in the IT sector
- First professional experience in supporting end users
- Settled and reliable personality enjoying contact to clients
- Ability to work in a team and
- Strong command of English (both orally and written)
- English fluent, knowledge of German is an advantage
