IT Support Level 1 – ServiceDesk

Job description:

  • Information and operating instructions for the handling of devices and software by telephone, email and remote.
  • Analysis and troubleshooting measures
  • Logging of the results of the analysis as well as all information found for troubleshooting in the respective trouble ticket.
  • Analysis, qualification and prioritization of the incident
  • Fixed problems in the area of the operating system or system software installed on the client
  • Correction of standard problems of standard applications (e.g. Adobe, MS Office products, etc.)
  • Correction of standard problems with specific internal applications
  • Immediate initiation of the escalation process in the event of incidents that cannot be resolved in 1st level support
  • Information for the user about the further procedure and - if possible - a time estimate of the problem solution
  • If errors occur that require communication with the manufacturer of hardware or software, they will be initiated in a qualified manner by 1st level support or handed over to internal 2nd level support
  • In the event of a warranty claim, 1st level support forwards the necessary information to the manufacturer, guarantee provider or internal 2nd level support
  • Tracking the trouble ticket and monitoring the solution time, if necessary, escalation
  • Closing the ticket.

Oracle & SQL Database Administrator

Job description:

  • Processing incidents and service requests
  • Weekly quick check of the databases
  • Planning activities and new projects
  • Minor and major upgrades in coordination with the Group IT
  • Regular restore tests including documentation (every six months)
  • Regular creation of performance statistics (quarterly)
  • Monthly report with check of server and DB status, forecast data growth
  • Actual-target comparison of the DB configuration based on the Oracle and Microsoft standards
  • Patch management
  • Periodic Microsoft and Oracle patch qualification
  • Notification of available security patches from the database manufacturer Oracle and Microsoft
  • The risks of the patch are delivered based on the infrastructure and the use of the systems for the implementation in the form of a periodic report.

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.

Java Developer

Job description:

  • Participation in all phases of the software development process, including creation of requirements, design, development and testing
  • Software development in close coordination with the lead developer in Austria and application supervisors in Austria
  • Error analysis and solution remedying in the existing ERP landscape
  • Compliance with the Group's own development guidelines
  • Autonomous implementation of requirements

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in the development of web applications (Java, JavaScript, web services, etc.)
  • Experience in the creation and execution of (automated) tests is an asset
  • Good knowledge of widely-used test tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge related to the planning and coordination of test activities, ideally in a non-static environment

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.

Application Support Specialist

Job description:

  • Second level contact for our national and international ERP application key users
  • Error analysis and solution remedying within the existing ERP application
  • Requirements analysis and structuring the outcome for third level
  • Autonomous execution of work packages within projects
  • Responsibility for specific modules within our ERP application

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical education preferably in the IT sector
  • Professional experience in supporting end users
  • Settled and reliable personality enjoying contact to clients

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.

SAP BI application Expert

Job description:

  • Concept, documentation, implementation and rollout of new business intelligence solutions based on SAP BW / BO
  • Implementation, maintenance and support of the SAP BW / BO authorization concept, especially the roles and analysis authorizations
  • Design, conception and implementation of ETL processes and planning applications using integrated planning
  • Close exchange with controlling and operational departments
  • Conducting training and ongoing support for key users
  • SAP Business Warehouse: extraction, data modeling, query design
  • SAP Business Objects: WebIntelligence, Design Studio, Lumira, Analysis for Office

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.

SharePoint Expert

Job description:

  • Analysis, design, conception and implementation of customer requirements in SharePoint
  • Incident management for the collaboration solutions used and the entire SharePoint farm
  • Administration of the SharePoint 2013/2019 on-premise farm
  • Strategic development (process optimization and service improvement) of the SharePoint farm
  • Ensuring platform availability and applications operated with SharePoint
  • Control of external service providers
  • Conception and implementation of worldwide practice-oriented user training

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.

Product office management

Job description:

  • Establish and maintain Product Knowledge Base incl. collaboration spaces, relevant documentation, all comm. channels
  • Continuously perform competitive analysis and solution screening
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of the product roadmap
  • Keep relevant documentation up to date such as market and product requirement documents
  • Support product business cases together with the product management and product owner
  • Support alignment of activities performed by (cross-)functional product teams
  • Support critical decisions with acquiring relevant information incl. background and detailed research
  • Orchestrating key activities and managing key deliverables
  • Support the product manager and his Product Council (all Product Owners together with the Product Manager) in general
  • Support Facilitation Workshop and the creation of user stories
  • Own technical product management to support Product Owners, Project Manager and sub-project teams

Key user

Job description:

  • Ensures completeness and clearness of all user requirements and supports with the specification of tasks
  • Consults in regard to customer specific parametrization requests
  • Prepares and updates user manual for both internal and external users
  • Performs functional tests after each development cycle
  • Support sales and site engineers in regard to customer specific challenges and requests

Language skill: German (at least B2 (CEFR)), English (at least B2 (CEFR))

Product controlling

Job description:

  • Collecting and evaluating customer information and key figures
  • Support in product planning by maintaining the radar functions (sales, profitability, customer KPIs, time-to-market, product maintenance costs, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining a product CRM
  • Assistance in planning and tracking
  • Coordination with central FI / CO and business unit FI / CO with regard to correct posting, accounting, etc.
  • Support in action tracking
  • Development and maintenance of the relevant product reporting system comm. channels

Language skill: English (at least B2 (CEFR)); German (at least B2 (CEFR)) is a plus.
